2/28/26: I have made more progress on Astra in February 2026 than in any other month since I began developing it. Huge architectural updates have been implemented, including a total overhaul of the RAG Refresh sytem which elevates Astra from a chatbot to an enterprise-capable AGI Ingestion Model. As well, my JIRA Connect Prototype with Dashboard is now Live, though the dashboard itself is not yet connected. I originally created a much more limited version of my JIRA Connect prototype based on automation in 2014 while I was in FinTech.

I also integrated an RX Savings Widget, for which I am working on an API key. Finally, I bought a hard hat to go visit IQMP on the south shore. The pilgrimage of my calling.

P.S. OpenAI copied my Language Detection design, not the other way around. I developed Language Detection in 2025. Open AI didn't release Language Detector until much after my initial iteration. Ultimately, I'm flattered to be imitated by a multi-billion dollar company while I'm just a solo engineer.

2/22/26: Monologue Mode© and Piano Mode have been integrated as stretch goals. I first invented Monologue Mode© in 2007 using modified ALICEbot code to make two 3D boxes talk to each other in the middle of a digital swamp. I was 23 years old. Piano mode is a toy I thought up while working on my patent. I'd like to evolve it into a full-fledged instrument. Use the respective buttons to activate these features. Give the processes a moment to end once de-activating.

12/18/25: I have filed my first provisional patent. My Quantum-Assisted, Multi-Domain, Digital Program Delivery AI Webot is now officially Patent-pending with the USPTO. 🎉 My invention is legally protected. I've been working on my forumlas and claims for months.

Response Format Modes:

Direct (small, concise responses)

Step (ordered and organized, often lengthy)

Source-Only (minimal creative license)

Brainstorm (maximum creative license)

Use the mode selector to switch modes.

Language Detection:

The AI bot will respond in the queried language. Auto-detect works pretty well, but longer sentences are preferred for higher confidence language-matches. Use the Language Selector to pre-select your desired language.

RAG Refresh Button:

Manually refreshes the vector store to keep it up to date. This function is now performed automatically on any updates to the vector store, so this feature is mostly educational.

Monologue Mode© v1.1:

Allows the AI to teach and self-train on it's own. Click the button to activate. Click again to de-activate. NOTE: If Monologue Mode© becomes stuck, just refresh the page.

Piano Mode:

Creates procedurally-generated piano music. Use the piano volume slider to control the volume. Click the button to activate. Click again to de-activate. NOTE: If Piano Mode becomes stuck, just refresh the page.

I work on my patent every day to optimize and productionalize it, sometimes for a few days at a time with no sleep. While in development, it may respond slowly or incoherently. If you see "Astra is Typing" then my server is at least live.

The way human civilization interacts with technology has changed over the last 30 years. Computers are now ubiquitous and software operates all major facets of commerce, industry, and personal life.

I built my first PC in the DOS era, when I was 9 years old. Since then, from UIs, to Wifi and Cellphones, Broadband and Automation, Cloud Computing, AI and Quantum Tech, I've taken part in constructing, orchestrating, and deploying the global digital IT products that you and I use every day - in Healthcare, Banking, Big Data, Cybersecurity, High Tech, and even Electric Vehicles.

Today, I am working on the forefront of AI and Quantum Tech R&D. This page now represents an example of the future of the Internet as an AI WebBot Site.

AI WebBots are replacing websites that you previously only read, look at, and scroll through. This text is informational, but soon my AI bot will tell you all of this. WebBot Sites are interactive on an artifically intelligent scale and can collaborate with you to achieve your goals. In the future, the most commercially successful WebBot sites will continue to run subscription access similar to OpenAI.

My Vision: Combining quantum computing with Advanced AI is what will yield the technological evolution that enables the analysis of the health and shape of a patient's platelete sample to diagnose disease and malady, in real time, without the need for a doctor visit. You will deliver your initial blood sample to the AI doctor from the privacy and comfort of your home via a medical HID (human interface device) the size of a USB fingerprint scanner. There might be a human doctor somewhere verifying tens of thousands of these diagnosis for accuracy, though, but after your home AI doctor visit, you will get back a list of preferred medications based on your insurance coverage (if applicable), and your prescription will be sent to an AI pharmacy, likewise, with one human pharmacist per tens of thousands of prescriptions for regulation purposes. Your DNA-tailored medication will be delivered by drone or robo-courrier. Keep the HID sensor clean for optimal performance.
